Receive an Instant Refund code to immediately purchase something else. Your new gift will be shipped in 3-5 business days! Even if we haven't processed your return yet.
Use the return label to ship the original gift item(s) back to ABLE.
You will need to verify the order number and delivery address zip code. You will then select the item(s) for return and provide the reason for return.
The gift giver does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever. Only the email entered during the exchange process will be emailed about the return/exchange.
Purchases exceeding the value of the returned item are paid for with our normal checkout process.
Once your return/exchange is initiated, we will create an Instant Refund code which you can use to immediately purchase something else. Your unique Instant Refund code can be used like any other e gift card.
You have 10 days to drop the return item(s) in the mail so that they are received on time.
